Within the Customer Service Department, the agent's responsibility will be to answer emails and telephone calls about order status. The individual will need to look for such information in the computer system and/or inquire with different departments to obtain the desired information.

  • Able to work in a computer-based environment.

REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Secondary School Diploma (SSD)
  • No previous experience required
  • Write and read French and English
  • Permanent 37.5 hr./week position
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
